  • I have dyslexia. In the 3rd grade I was labeled "learning retarded." All efforts at remedial training failed. The teachers and even my own parents gave up on me. I did not cure it but I did learn to live with it.

  • A customer falsely accused me of swearing. Anyone who has been around me long enough will know I consider swearing a cover for a poor vocabulary and immature handling of emotions. My boss demanded an explanation from me about the complaint, citing our No-swearing policy.
